Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking an experienced cloud engineer to design, deploy, and support scalable GCP-based solutions. You will build IaC with Terraform, manage GKE and serverless services, and containerize apps with Docker and Kubernetes.

The role includes developing GenAI capabilities via Google Gemini and Vertex AI, plus RAG architectures and enterprise AI integrations. You will ensure security, IAM governance, monitoring, and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years IT experience, including 3+ years hands-on GCP experience.
• Strong expertise in GCP services, cloud architecture, networking, security, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building AI/GenAI applications using Google Gemini, Vertex AI, LangChain/LangGraph, and API integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and scripting languages.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to deliver cloud and AI transformation initiatives.

Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
• Google Cloud Generative AI Engineer (preferred)

Nice-to-Have (Pharma/Life Sciences Environment)

• Experience supporting Life Sciences, Clinical, R&D platforms.
• Understanding of GxP, CSA/CSV validation, and regulated cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Experience working with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks in regulated industries.
