Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking an experienced Google Cloud Logistics Area Manager to own end-to-end daily logistics operations across multiple sites including Moncks Corner, SC and Atlanta, GA.

The role requires coordinating 3PLs, data centers, and internal teams to ensure timely material and information flow. You will drive KPI tracking, vendor performance, and business-case development for logistics changes, while seeking cost savings and MTTR reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
• 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
• 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow.
• Manage and monitor metrics for KPIs, vendor performance scorecards, and business cases for process changes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
