Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, supply chain, or an engineering role.
• 5 years of leadership experience with/without direct reports.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic problem solving: define problem statements, form hypotheses, conduct research, analyze data and model to deliver recommendations with impact.
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels; collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead improvements.
• Establish and manage program governance including roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision processes.
• Facilitate critical planning cycles (demand signaling, execution orchestration, supply planning).
• Collaborate and influence across multiple levels; lead cross-functional process and system improvements.
