Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver end-to-end Google Cloud projects for external clients.

You will plan, govern, and manage resources, engaging with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering and App Development, coordinating with Sales, Solution Architecture, TAC, Customer Success and Cloud Economics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• 24 months of experience in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or closely related.
• Knowledge of Google ecosystem to manage projects involving Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering and App Development.
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in managing budgets, P&L, and client payment schedules.
• Ability to present status, risks and financials to executives and clients.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Cloud Economics.
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Database Engineer certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Google Cloud projects for external clients, including planning, governance and risk management.
• Prepare clear communications to stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to individual contributors.
• Lead meetings with Sales, Solution Architecture, TAC, Customer Success and Cloud Economics to align on requirements.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as proposal development and client presentations.
• Coordinate with PMO on status updates, issues, risks and change requests.
• Lead engineers, architects and PMs across Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering and App Development.
• Support detailed project planning and delivery in both Waterfall and Agile contexts; act as Scrum Master when needed.
