Job summary

The Winter Companies, a fast-scaling performance-marketing group in the home-services space, seeks a Google Ads specialist who owns paid search end to end — someone who treats the account like their own P&L, obsesses over cost-per-lead and lead quality, and knows the difference between cheap clicks and actual booked business.

You will manage full lifecycle on Google Search, verify tracking, and scale Local Services Ads, with a testing pipeline on ad copy and geo targeting tied to performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads for home services or local lead gen.
• Proficient in conversion and call tracking.
• Familiarity with Local Services Ads beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Full campaign lifecycle on Google Search with structure, keywords, negatives, and bidding.
• Verifying and maintaining conversion tracking and call tracking before bidding decisions.
• Daily performance management and cutting wasted spend to drive qualified leads.
• Know when to use smart bidding like Maximize Conversions and ensure enough conversion volume.
• Scale Local Services Ads (Google Guaranteed) alongside search for home-services lead gen.
• Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, offers, and geo targeting based on data.
• Own cost-per-lead and lead quality, reporting weekly.
