Job summary

Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in California is seeking a Gondola Operator to ensure the safe operation, loading, riding, and unloading of the gondola. The role focuses on delivering a safe, efficient, and positive experience for guests while upholding high safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining loading areas, setting up and inspecting mazes, assisting guests, and supporting snow removal and other duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow gondola loading and unloading procedures and established safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gondola cabins safely and efficiently.
• Set up mazes according to demand.
• Periodically check maze integrity.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading and provide exceptional service.
• Assist children and guests with accessibility needs as required.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
