Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Operator to support multiple paving operations across the Southwest.

The role involves operating GOMACO GP3, GP-2800, and Commander III equipment on roadways, bridges, and airports with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and travel readiness. You will ensure line, grade, and finish meet project specs, perform daily maintenance, and coordinate with survey crews and paving personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in concrete paving or slipform paving.
• Experience operating GOMACO GP3, GP-2800, and/or Commander III equipment.
• Ability to read construction plans and interpret survey markings.

Responsibilities

• Operate GOMACO GP3, GP-2800, Commander III, and related paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain paving specifications.
• Ensure pavement meets project requirements for line, grade, thickness, and finish.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate with project crews to maximize production and quality.
• Follow construction plans, survey markings, and project specifications.
• Assist with equipment mobilization, demobilization, loading, unloading, and setup.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete required equipment and production documentation.
