Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a construction/paving foreman on heavy/highway and airfield projects.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel overnight to job sites up to 100% of the time.

• Inspect the condition of grade, forms, and steel placement for compliance with specifications.
• Perform or assist with the setup of slipform paving equipment.
• Monitor all placement, finishing, and curing operations for compliance.
