Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking team members to greet guests and assist with all golf-related needs on site in Temecula, CA. You will transport equipment, maintain carts and practice areas, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in guest services. Flexibility to work holidays and varied shifts is expected, with a strong emphasis on courteous service and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience/Training: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year experience in a guest service related field is required to successfully perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide golf, resort, casino, and local city information.
• Transport golf equipment to and from the staging area for guests.
• Clean and stock golf carts, and maintain the practice facility and staging areas.
• Set up and tear down the practice facility daily.
• Check guest cars at golf valet for pre-existing damages and document on a Damage Form.
