Job summary

The Learning Center at Compass Pointe is seeking a passionate golf coach to lead instruction for members and guests, grow the program, and promote the brand. The Teaching Professional reports to the Director of Instruction and General Manager.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. 3+ years coaching, high school diploma, LPGA or PGA affiliation preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to market and build your private lesson portfolio are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist director with coach development and recruitment
• Teach group lessons to adults and juniors
• Club fitting for all levels
• Build private lesson portfolio
• Promote Learning Center programs via social media
• Maintain records and tracking of students
• Ensure safety and maintain teaching space
