Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Charlotte, NC is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist to deliver world-class service, conduct expert fittings, and build lasting relationships with customers. You will use Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and other tools to tailor clubs and ensure a premier in-store experience.

Responsibilities include meeting KPI targets, maintaining a fully booked schedule, assisting front-end operations, and staying current on promotions while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service seven days

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging customers.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with world-class service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform expert club fittings and document specifications accurately.
• Maintain STUDIO area visuals and ensure equipment is operational.
• Enter custom club orders and stay informed on promotions and events.
• Achieve KPIs including sales targets, sales per hour, and bookings.
