Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in California is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist to deliver world-class service, perform professional club fittings, and drive revenue. You will engage customers, manage bookings, and maintain a premier STUDIO space with a brand-agnostic approach to equipment selection.

Required experience includes 2+ years in golf equipment sales or club fitting, and familiarity with Trackman and SAM Putt Lab. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with world-class service and build lasting relationships.
• Hit KPIs such as sales targets, sales per hour, and bookings.
• Grow client base and keep the schedule fully booked to maximize revenue.
• Maintain front-end operations knowledge (returns, exchanges, loyalty, promotions).
• Keep the STUDIO area visually appealing and merchandise standards high.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and execute club fittings with Trackman/SAM Putt Lab.
• Enter custom club orders accurately and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
