Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales preferred; Trackman and SAM Putt Lab experience valued.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service while building relationships.
• Hit or exceed KPIs: sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages.
• Grow the client base and keep the schedule fully booked to maximize revenue.
• Maintain front-end operations and ensure the STUDIO area looks premiere and operates smoothly.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features/benefits to Customers.
• Enter accurate custom club orders and execute proper fittings with PGA TOUR Superstore methods.
