Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Chandler, AZ is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist to engage customers with world-class service and expert golf club knowledge. You will perform fittings using Trackman and related tools, drive sales, and maintain a visually compelling STUDIO area.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Must have strong listening and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate cross-functionally.
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Engage with every Customer, delivering world-class service and building lasting relationships.
Achieve KPIs: sales targets, sales per hour, and high booking percentage.
Grow business by attracting new clients and keeping a fully booked schedule.
Assist front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty, discounts, and promotions.
Maintain STUDIO area as a premiere visual and operational space to drive sales.
Provide expert knowledge on golf clubs, explain features and differences to customers.
Execute proper customer fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore trained techniques.
Stay updated on promotions and marketing events to maintain merchandising presence.
