Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred.
Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, climb, lift up to 30 lb, and maintain schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

Engage with every customer to provide world-class service and build relationships.
Hit KPIs: sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages.
Grow business by attracting new clients and keeping schedules fully booked.
Assist in front-end operations and keep the Studio area visually premier.
