Job summary

Birch Hills Golf Club in USA-CA-Brea is seeking a Starter/Player Assistant to greet players, manage starting times, and monitor pace of play while keeping the course areas tidy.

You will stage carts, coordinate with Golf Shop and Outside Service, ensure carts are clean and safe, and perform other duties as needed by Operations Manager.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, availability on major holidays, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds; prior golf course experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players at the first tee and on the course
• Stage golf carts for guest use as needed
• Maintain a clean and well organized first tee and golf course
• Coordinate with the Golf Shop Attendant and Outside Service Staff
• Ensure golf carts onto the course are clean and in good working order
• Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty
