Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and memberships.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
