• Ensures products are ready and athletes are engaged as needed.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans and signage.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and private label cards.
• Creates an inclusive, respectful store environment.
• Follows safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and external guidelines.
