Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area), focusing on best practices and key operating processes.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged when and where they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
