• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising standards by following floor plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs, such as loyalty, warranties, or private label card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect.
