Job summary

Worldwide Golf is seeking a full-time Golf & Ski Sales Associate in Scarborough, ME to engage customers, demonstrate golf and ski equipment, and guide purchases with product knowledge. You will operate launch monitors, assist with merchandising, and maintain an organized sales floor.

Ideal candidates have enthusiasm for golf or skiing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge or ski knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an awareness of golf and ski product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend appropriate golf and ski equipment.
• Educate customers on golf and ski products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.
• Operate golf launch monitor and simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
