Worldwide Golf is recruiting a Golf Sales Associate to promote a high-energy store culture and deliver exceptional customer service. You will gain golf and ski product knowledge and learn to help customers choose the right equipment.

Qualifications

Golf or ski knowledge is preferred but not required.
Experience in retail is not required.

Responsibilities

Promote store culture and values; uphold customer service standards.
Assess customer needs and recommend golf and ski equipment accordingly.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to aid decisions.
Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
Check stock levels and coordinate merchandise from stockroom as needed.
Suggest process improvements once trained.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
