Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sell and upsell golf/ski products.
• Strong verbal communication and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf and ski products, promotions and advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend equipment.
• Educate customers on products to aid informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep sales floor organized.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock levels in database.
