Job summary

Lightman Technology in McFarland, Wisconsin, seeks a Golf Simulator Sales & Business Development Manager to own the sales cycle for custom golf simulator rooms and SmartGolf Studios showroom audiences. You’ll leverage relationships with homeowners, builders, and businesses across southern Wisconsin to close deals and grow revenue.

We offer a base salary of $50,000 with upside commissions, and a strong focus on driving growth in the golf and home-improvement sectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience: home improvement, building products, golf, B2B, or similar
• Comfortable meeting builders, homeowners, and business owners face-to-face
• Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-up
• Golfers strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
