Job summary

Cabarrus Country Club Inc. is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to promote the game of golf and provide exceptional service to members and guests. You will assist customers with merchandise selections, process charges, and monitor stock while keeping the shop visually appealing.

Responsibilities include handling tee-time bookings, maintaining orderly displays, and supporting the pro-shop team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for shop presentation and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and process charges at the register accurately.
• Check in all players before their round and handle tee-time bookings.
• Maintain an organized pro-shop and display areas, monitor stock levels.
• Assist with inventory management, returns, and credits.
• Support outside golf operations staff and adhere to club policies.
