Qualifications

• One to five years of high-end retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to members and guests.
• Contribute to golf and club operation success.
• Work with staff and tournament chairpersons for gifts and prizes.
• Develop relationships with members and their families.
• Create and utilize a welcoming special-order system.
• Conduct sales promotions and special events.

Skills

Genuine service heart

Working knowledge of POS and Inventory software

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint

Experience with open to buy systems

Creativity for display, communications, and promotions

Ability to plan and track
