Job summary

The Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Attendant to join our golf shop team. You’ll handle member and guest sales, tee-time reservations, and store presentation with a service-first approach.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work weekends/holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs, and thriving in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus up to 3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Basic numeric literacy and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop.
• Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions.
• Make tee time reservations.
• Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly.
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course.
• Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments.
• Be able to adhere to physical demands such as being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working in abnormal weather conditions such as rain, cold, or extreme heat.
