Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide information to customers.
• Process tee time reservations and collect golf fees; proactively upsell merchandise.
• Accurately handle credit card and cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Golf Shop daily.
• Assist with equipment checks and checkout, and support course ambassadors.
• Understand golf rules and etiquette; assist in snack bar as needed.
• Drive and park golf carts in staging areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
