Responsibilities

• Works closely with Golf Professionals to check in members and guests and address questions or concerns.
• Coordinates tee times, course flow, and pace-of-play solutions with staff.
• Assists members and guests with merchandise purchases and golf-related services through clear, helpful communication.
• Engages with members to understand their needs and offers thoughtful recommendations.
• Shares observations with Golf Professionals to improve service and operations.
• Contributes to organization of the golf shop and stock room, coordinating with teammates.
• Assists with junior golf programs by communicating expectations and supporting positive experiences.
• Participates in shop presentation, inventory needs, and service improvement discussions.
• Helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment.
• Communicates issues, opportunities, and feedback to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support team success.
