Job summary

Edgebrook Golf Course in Chicago, IL is seeking a Golf Sales Attendant to provide friendly guest service, manage tee-time reservations, and handle all Member and Guest sales in the shop.

The role includes opening/closing shop procedures, keeping displays clean, assisting with merchandise inventory, and coordinating with guest services for starting times, member events, and tournaments. A HS diploma or GED and reliable attendance are required, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the shop.
• Accounts for all Member and Guest sales transactions.
• Makes tee time reservations.
• Assists with rotating merchandise inventory and keeps displays clean and orderly.
• May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course.
• Assists as needed with member events and outside tournaments.
