Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking an Outlet Attendant to maintain on-course comfort stations, ensuring they are clean, stocked and sanitized while delivering prompt, friendly service to golfers and assisting with food and beverage orders from the grill.

As part of the Beverage and Food team, you will stock, service, and close stations, operate carts, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff. A flexible schedule and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TABC certification and Food Handler certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a golf cart to service comfort stations on the course.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to all guests.
• Process on-course food and beverage sales and deliveries.
• Stock beverages, snacks, and supplies daily.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of stations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to the kitchen.
• Maintain toiletries and paper goods.
• Clean, wash, and maintain carts and equipment daily.
• Secure stations and equipment at closing.
• Support bar operations and closing duties as needed.

Outlet Attendant

The Outlet Attendant is responsible for maintaining on-course comfort stations throughout the day, ensuring they remain clean, stocked, and sanitized. This position also provides prompt, friendly service to golfers by assisting with food and beverage orders from the grill.
