PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Golf Services Field Manager to elevate associate capability and service excellence across Club Fitting, STUDIO, Club Repair, and Instruction. You will deliver world-class training across multiple stores, onboarding new hires and sustaining certification pathways.

This role requires hands-on coaching, live practicums, and KPI tracking, with 50-60% travel to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Independent decision making to tailor training across multiple stores.
• Proven training and coaching experience with KPI-driven results.
• Travel and scheduling proficiency to support field operations.
• 3–5 years of golf industry, training, or specialized service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training across Club Fitting, STUDIO, Club Repair, and Instruction.
• Onboard new hires and certify progress; provide live coaching.
• Analyze KPIs and coach stores to improve performance.
• Lead clinics and seminars; ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and store visits; ensure coverage.
