Colonial Country Club, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional member service and support daily golf operations. You will greet guests, assist with loading bags, maintain cart readiness, and manage range areas with attention to detail and safety.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist with loading/unloading golf bags and properly staging carts.
• Maintain cleanliness, charging, and overall readiness of the golf cart fleet.
• Organize, set up, and break down driving range and practice areas (range balls, baskets, bag stands, etc.).
• Provide accurate information regarding tee times, course conditions, and club services.
• Ensure golf bags are properly stored, cleaned, and returned in an orderly manner.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bag storage areas, cart barn, and surrounding facilities.
• Support pace-of-play initiatives by communicating with golf shop staff as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating member/guest needs.
• Assist in tournament and outing operations when required.
• Adhere to all club policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
