NORTH OAKS GOLF CLUB INC is hiring for a part-time restaurant service position in North Oaks, MN. The role involves daily setup and breakdown of the dining area, knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, and providing friendly, attentive service to our members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily setup and breakdown of the dining area.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage offerings and explain menu items.
• Prepare server check-out reports and accurate tip outs.
• Provide friendly service: greeting, seating and waiting on members.
• Anticipate members' needs and assist as needed.
• Cross-train to work member events and dining.
• Engage members to create a welcoming atmosphere at the club.
• Keep front line, server station and dining area clean and presentable.
• Monitor service areas for cleanliness, safety and code compliance.
• Communicate issues to the manager on duty and assist as needed.
• Complete daily assignments and side work in respective areas.
• Develop knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Attend scheduled pre-shifts, meetings and trainings.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of the dining area
• Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service; be able to explain all food and beverage items listed on the menu
• Prepare server check out report and accurate tip outs
• Provide friendly service: greeting, seating, and waiting on all members
• Anticipate members needs
• Flexibility to be cross trained to work member events and dining
• Engage members when appropriate to make them feel welcomed and "at home"
• Ensure the front line, server station, dining area and overall environment is presentable throughout the course of the day
• Monitor service areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Communicate with the manager on duty of any issues and assist as needed
• Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet Club standards
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge/interest in food and beverage
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Management Team
