Role Description

Dallas Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Services team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding member experience by providing warm, attentive, and professional service while following all Golf Operations policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the cart barn to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Maintain and manage the golf cart fleet to ensure carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for member use.
• Assist with bag room operations, including handling members' golf bags with care and professionalism.
• Support driving range operations by maintaining practice areas and ensuring they are consistently prepared for members and guests.
• Perform all responsibilities under the direction and guidance of the Member Services/Golf Professional team while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Develop proficiency in both Golf Services and Locker Room Operations through cross-training to provide exceptional service wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:

• Previous experience in a golf, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities:

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the golf season.
