Opportunity

Ensure that all guest pre-play and post-play needs are attended to in a timely and courteous manner. Care for and maintain on a daily basis, all Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits property in car storage, bag room, and practice areas.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily transfer of golf bags between all Destination Kohler locations.
• Prepare golf car staging area and outside service area for daily guest traffic.
• Thoroughly clean all golf cars prior to and following use.
• Clean, gas, and charge all golf cars following use.
• Greet all incoming guests and offer facility information.
• Receive and set up guest golf bags according to tee time reservations.
• Clean guest clubs before and after play.
• Receive and tag guest golf bags for storage.
• Record and issue rental clubs to guests.
• Retrieve, clean, and restock practice balls daily.
• Maintain adequate supply of practice balls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by professional golf staff.

This is a seasonal position through the end of the 2025 golf season. Candidates must be able to work during weekdays and weekends with shifts from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Previous golf course operations experience is helpful.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly rate is $12.00, influenced by experience, education, and location.
