Job summary

Bella Ridge Golf Club in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Golf Service Ambassador to deliver premier member and guest experiences. You will assist with bag, cart, range, valet and caddy services while upholding professional standards and safety.

Candidates should have previous golf course experience and a willingness to learn. The role includes daily setup of practice areas, assisting players, and supporting shop operations within Troon’s hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course experience required.
• Previous valet and or caddie experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable industry software programs preferred.
• Member of the PGA or PGA Apprentice program actively working to attain PGA Professional status preferred.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and its rules preferred

Responsibilities

• Display a professional appearance and courteous conduct to members and guests.
• Safely valet member and guest vehicles.
• Prepare and manage golf carts; check tire pressure and safety.
• Load bags onto carts and maintain bag storage.
• Set up and break down practice areas daily.
• Transport range balls and replenish containers.
• Maintain practice areas and assist players on the range.
• Assist with on-course player help as needed (caddie duties).
• Maintain security and order of golf equipment.
• Tow carts to maintenance and assist in repairs as needed.
• Perform golf club repairs as required.
• Support golf shop coverage and related tasks.
