Job summary

Bella Ridge Golf Club in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Golf Service Ambassador to provide friendly member and guest service, valet vehicles, and support on course operations.

You will help setup practice areas, assist players on the course, and maintain equipment while working with Troon’s hospitality team.

Previous golf course or valet/caddie experience is preferred; PGA involvement is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course experience required.
• Valet or caddie experience preferred.
• Familiarity with golf industry software is a plus.
• PGA membership or active apprentice status is preferred.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred.

Responsibilities

• Displays a professional appearance and attitude; remains courteous to members and guests.
• Safely Valets member and guest vehicles as needed.
• Brings golf carts from cart shelter to cart staging area, checks tires and brakes for safety.
• Loads bags from bag storage onto golf carts.
• Sets up and breaks down practice areas daily.
• Transports range balls to ends of range and fills containers.
• Maintains appearance and supply levels for all practice areas; services golfers.
• Advises Pro Shop of items found; cleans clubs and rental equipment.
• Provides on-course player assistance (caddie duties) as needed.
