The Golf Mart, part of Worldwide Golf, seeks a Golf Sales Associate in Santa Rosa, CA. You will promote a customer‑focused store culture, showcase golf products, and use launch monitor tools to assist customers in selecting equipment.

The role offers base pay plus commission, flexible hours, and benefits including vacation and health options for full‑time employees. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!).

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf's values, including the 'Sure No Problem' philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of all golf products, promotions, and sale adverts.
• Evaluate customers' needs and recommend suitable golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help compare options.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock and inventory as needed.
• Identify process improvements once trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
