Job summary

Edwin Watts Golf is seeking a Golf Sales Associate to promote a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values. The role focuses on advising customers, promoting golf products, and operating launch monitor and simulator to enhance in-store experience.

Part-time position with flexible scheduling; base pay plus commission, strong employee discount, training, and 401(k) matching. Prior golf knowledge is preferred; opportunity for growth within a global golf retailer.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
