Job Description:

The Golf Sales Associate promotes a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of golf products, promotions, and advertisements.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable golf equipment.
• Educate customers on products and compare options.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment.
• Assist with merchandising and store organization.
• Manage inventory and stock requisitions.
• Suggest process improvements after training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, move, bend, lift (up to 15 pounds), and reach regularly.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, and internet systems.
• Flexible working hours based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Golf knowledge or background is required.
