Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or golf industry exposure.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf products and educate customers.
• Control shrink and expenses while keeping floor stocked and signed.
• Execute visual merchandising programs and floor moves.
• Ensure policy compliance via meetings, audits and store walks.
• Respond to customer issues, de‑escalate and coach staff.
• Grow staff careers and identify opportunities for advancement.
