Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Golf Retail Assistant to maintain the look of the pro shop and deliver outstanding member service. You will support the Golf Professional Staff with retail operations, improve shop presentation, and help manage inventory for a high-end private club.

The role requires 2+ years in retail apparel or sporting goods, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and hospitality skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in retail apparel and/or sporting goods.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests by their name and serve as the first contact to their day at the club, showcasing a knowledge of expected service at a private club.
• Assist with merchandising displays and golf shop presentation and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist in running smooth and accurate inventories at the end of each month.
• Assist in creating appealing visual displays to enhance sales at all retail shops.
• Assist with golf shop phone calls, emails, marketing & communications.
• Works alongside Golf Professional Staff to provide high-quality member services with purchases, special orders, event registration, and tee-time management.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Director of Golf.

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Golf Retail Assistant responsible for the overall appearance of the golf pro shop as well as providing outstanding customer service to our members and guests. Our Retail Assistant supports our Golf Professional Staff with all activities relating to the operation of the Club's golf program, in particular the retail concession and presentation of the Golf Shop. A minimum of 2 years prior experience in retail apparel and/or sporting goods experience is required. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Position Essentials

• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-end, busy and sophisticated environment, have good listening skills as well as the ability to initiate conversation.
• Pay strong attention to detail, strong follow through with tasks, and consistent performance.
