Job summary

Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Golf Operations Ambassador for our upcoming season to work with the Golf Professional Staff and provide exceptional service to members during golf activities.

The role covers maintaining the practice facilities, cart fleet, bag drop, range operations, and tournament setup while assisting members and guests with golf needs. A prior country club background and service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous country club experience.
• Must be service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Should possess a basic knowledge of the game of golf and the equipment used in playing the game

Responsibilities

• Keep the cart barn, bag-drop and practice facilities clean at all times.
• Maintain all practice facilities properly throughout the day, including stocked practice balls for the driving range, chipping greens and putting green.
• Maintain Club owned golf carts as well as member owned private carts including cleanliness and upkeep.
• Keep all areas clean and neat at all times.
• Help Members and Guests with all golf needs.
• Wash and dispense range balls and ensure ball crates are full.
• Monitor Driving Range and report violations of range rules.
• Maintain equipment used for duties such as cleaning clubs and carts.
• Keep a well-organized bag room for stored clubs and bags.
• Set up the staging area for tournaments, including table setup and starter’s box setup.

Woodfield Boca Ratonis seeking an experienced Golf Operations Ambassador for our upcoming season. The Golf Operations Ambassador will work closely with the Golf Professional Staff to provide exceptional service to the members while the members are participating in any golf activity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following :

• Keep the cart barn, bag-drop and practice facilities clean at all times.
• Maintain all practice facilities properly throughout the day, including having fully stocked practice balls for the driving range, chipping greens and putting green.
• Maintain Club owned golf carts as well as member owned private carts including their cleanliness and upkeep.
• Keep all areas clean and neat at all times.
• Help Members and Guests with all golf needs.

Driving Range:

• Wash and dispense range balls and make sure ball crates are full at all times.
• Monitor Driving Range and report any violation of the club’s driving range rules.
• Maintain all equipment used for these and such duties.
• Clean clubs, clean carts, fill sand, maintain the club’s golf cart fleet.
• Keep a well-organized bag room for all stored clubs and bags.

Tournaments:

• Set up the staging area for all tournaments including table set up, starter’s box setup, hole assignments, cooler with water setup, and any other required items needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must have previous country club experience.
• Must be service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Should possess a basic knowledge of the game of golf and the equipment used in playing the game
