Job summary

Lynnwood Golf Course in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a part-time seasonal Reservation Center Agent to deliver outstanding service while booking tee times and handling member inquiries. This Troon-managed facility offers a friendly, golf-focused environment and a down-to-earth team.

You will answer calls, schedule tee times, and provide information for all Premier/Troon Golf managed locations. Weekend and holiday availability required; compensation is $17–$18.50 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of golf preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and make tee time reservations.
• Provide general information for all Premier/Troon Golf managed facilities.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and guests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservations and records.
