China Lake Golf Course is seeking a motivated individual to support Community Recreation programs on base. You will provide customer service, process registrations, manage reservations and assist with events and workshops.

Responsibilities include handling inventories, coordinating with staff, and performing administrative tasks to track participation and program metrics. A friendly, service-oriented approach is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, information and support for Community Recreation programs and activities.
• Collects fees from customers using POS and processes registrations; ensures accuracy with DAR reports.
• Maintains inventory, checks equipment in/out, and collects applicable rental fees.
• Assists in recruitment, training and scheduling of Community Recreation staff.
• Supports planning, marketing and execution of MWR programs and special events.
• Performs admin duties using computer software to track inventories, patron usage and program metrics.
