Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Golf Range Picker to maintain a clean, safe driving range and support guest experiences at our Arizona golf facilities. You will collect range balls, wash them, and restock stations while keeping equipment in good repair.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently outdoors. Flexible schedule includes afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; training is provided and opportunities exist for advancement within golf

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to operate light machinery and vehicles safely (training provided).
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the range picker vehicle to collect golf balls safely and efficiently.
• Empty, clean, and maintain the ball washer; keep balls clean and stocked.
• Set up and restock driving range stations, mats, tees, and ball baskets.
• Maintain range cleanliness; pick up broken tees, debris, and trash.
• Ensure all range equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Follow safety protocols when operating machinery during use.
• Communicate equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with additional golf operations tasks as needed.

Position Summary

The Golf Range Picker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized driving range. This role plays an important part in the overall guest experience by ensuring range balls are picked efficiently, washed properly, and consistently stocked for golfers. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the range picker vehicle to collect golf balls from the driving range safely and efficiently.
• Empty, clean, and maintain the ball washer; ensure clean golf balls are continuously supplied to the range.
• Set up and restock driving range stations, including mats, tees, and ball baskets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the range area, including collecting broken tees, debris, and trash.
• Ensure all range equipment (picker, carts, ball washers, utility vehicles) is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when operating machinery while the range is in use.
• Communicate any equipment issues, shortages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with additional golf operations tasks as needed.

• Typical Hours are 3pm - 7pm.
