Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Range Attendant to maintain the golf driving range, assist golfers with carts and inquiries, and ensure the range area is clean and well-stocked. The role is typically outdoors and requires a professional, guest-focused attitude in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities include setting up the range and lesson area, stocking balls, maintaining sand traps, moving to fresh grass, inspecting equipment, and performing other duties as assigned to deliver a superior

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up range daily with correct stand counts and placements and restock as needed.
• Prepare and maintain the golf lesson area for scheduled lessons.
• Pick and wash golf balls to maintain continuous stock.
• Maintain sand traps and surrounding areas as play permits.
• Move the range to fresh grass to distribute wear and maximize guest experience.
• Clean the range and arrange furniture to avoid interference with mowing/maintenance.
• Inspect, service and maintain all range equipment daily.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
