Job summary

Callaway Golf Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time Performance Fitter to run product fitting days, demos, and displays from start to finish. The role supports events with an OSR or independently, educating consumers on Callaway and Odyssey products and guiding fittings with our protocol.

The seasonal, weekend-focused position requires travel within the territory and a positive, service-focused attitude to deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail/golf shop experience preferred.
• Golf club fitting experience preferred.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down all displays and equipment at events.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway’s fitting protocol and tools.
• Communicate product advantages to consumers.
• Inventory and update Fit Cart; coordinate with OSR.
• Provide personalized product specifications to customers.
