Job summary

West Woods Golf Club is seeking a Pro Shop Assistant to provide exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities.

You will operate the cash register, assist customers with retail purchases, maintain a clean and welcoming shop, answer calls, and support cart, range, starter, and marshal staff. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Retail and customer service experience a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a Colorado driver's license.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle and balance cash register.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register and processes sales transactions.
• Assists customers with retail purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming Pro Shop environment.
• Answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Oversees and supports cart, range, starter, and marshal staff; assists as directed.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and up to peak-season hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
